CARAMELISED SALMON WITH
KANTÉ AVOCADO BLOSSOM HONEY
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 fillets of natural salmon
6 tablespoons of KANTÉ Avocado Blossom honey
The juice of 1 yellow lemon
Smoked salt flower to taste
Pepper to taste
1 In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of KANTÉ Avocado blossom honey from the brand, add the juice of the lemon half, salt and pepper to taste.
2 Do the same procedure in a bowl separately.
3 In the first mixture of honey place the pieces of salmon and cover with honey very well,making sure that it covers all the salmon.
4 Heat a frying pan suitable to place in the oven and add a little KANTÉ avocado oil.
5 Place the salmon with the honey-drenched skin beneath, we let cook for five minutes and turn the steak on all sides for two to three minutes each.
6 Place the fillets in the same pan in a preheated oven at 180°C for five to ten minutes depending on the desired term.
7 Serve each fillet on a plate and garnish with the honey mix in the second bowl we leftaside, add a few grains of smoked flower salt.
