Pecan Tart with KANTÉ Dark Agave Syrup
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
150 gr of Butter
100 gr of Glas Sugar
2 egg yolks
KANTÉ Pure Vanilla Extract
250 gr Flour
For the filling:
1 cup of KANTÉ Dark Agave Syrup
2 eggs
Cinnamon
KANTÉ Pure Vanilla Extract
150 gr whole pecan.
Instructions:
Mix the butter and sugar until you have a light and fluffy mass, add the egg yolks and a dash of KANTÉ Pure Vanilla Extract.
Add the flour to the mixture, and beat until it formes a crust.
Spread the crust into individual tart moldes or into a bigger one.
For the filling:
Blend the ingredients (except the pecan nuts) fill the molds with the mix. Chop and sprinkle the pecan nuts on top. Bake at 180º for 20 minutes.
Pull out and let it cool.
